MEDIATION RATES
HALF DAY - ROSTER
(3 hour sessions)
Half day roster rate mediations are offered at the "roster rates" set by Rule 24.1 of the Rules of Civil Procedure as follows:

2 Parties: $600

3 Parties: $675

4 Parties: $750

5 Parties or more: $825

HALF DAY - NON ROSTER
(3 hour sessions)
Half day non-roster mediations are offered at the following fee schedule, availability as noted on the calendar:

2 Parties: $900

3 Parties: $1200
-
4 Parties: $1500
-
5 Parties: $1800

FULL DAY
(7 hour sessions)
Full day mediation sessions are offered at the following rates:
-
2 Parties: $1800
-
3 Parties: $2000
-
4 Parties: $2200
-
5 Parties: $2500
-
6 Parties: $3000

Fees quoted exclude HST,
in-person charge and disbursements such as facility rental if applicable.
​
Preparation time, reporting and administration fees are included.
Overtime: $300/hour for two parties, plus $50 for each additional party.

A Note About Format
Rates are based on virtual mediations (by Zoom). In person mediations are available for an additional charge for half days (no charge for full days). A flat-rate additional charge determined by the location will be added in addition to the half day mediation fee and the facility rental fee. This is outlined at the time of booking, based on the requested location.
