Rebecca is a member of the ADR Institute of Ontario and has been offering services as a mediator since June 2019. Before that, she conducted hundreds of mediations as counsel on both sides of the table. She has completed the Alternative Dispute Resolution, Advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution (2019) and Dealing with Difficult People (2021) courses offered by the University of Windsor Faculty of Law through the Stitt Feld Handy Group, on her way to obtaining her Executive Certificate in Conflict Management. She received a certificate in Mediation and Negotiation from the Dispute Resolution Centre at the University of Western Ontario's Faculty of Law (2004). In addition to offering roster rates for half days and reasonable full day and hybrid session rates, she extends Pro Bono services for legal aid recipients.

Rebecca is currently on hiatus from her litigation practice to focus on mediating.

Rebecca's past practice in civil litigation is diverse and has included insurance-related litigation, personal injury, contract disputes, estate litigation, class actions, professional negligence, real estate litigation, and employment disputes.  She has represented individual, institutional, and small business clients, as both plaintiffs and defendants. Prior to opening her own practice, she was a partner at a boutique insurance defence litigation firm, where she worked for 8 years.   Read more about Rebecca's litigation background & legal experience HERE.
