Please read about my new cancellation policy that applies to all bookings made on or after October 1, 2025.   The window for cancellation without a penalty is 45 days or more before the scheduled mediation date.  Mediations cancelled from 21 days to 44 days prior to the scheduled date are subject to cancellation fees of $500 for all half days and $1000 for all full days, plus HST, regardless of number of parties.  Mediations cancelled within three weeks of the scheduled date are subject to cancellation fees of $1000 for half days and $1500 for full days, plus HST, again, regardless of the number of parties (i.e., if your mediation was scheduled as a multiparty, you are not charged that much but a discounted fee!).
