Please read about my new cancellation policy that applies to all bookings made on or after June 17, 2024.   The window for cancellation without a penalty is 45 days or more before the scheduled mediation date.  The 50% cancellation fee, applicable to mediations cancelled from 21 days to 44 days prior to the scheduled date, is now $450 for all half days and $1000 for all full days, plus HST, regardless of number of parties.  The 100% cancellation fee, applicable to mediations cancelled within three weeks of the scheduled date, is $900 for half days and $1500 for full days, plus HST, again, regardless of the number of parties.
